Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for our products. Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.

If the product seal is broken, damaged, or the item is used, the return or refund will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
